I recently received what is quite possibly, the most genius ice cream confection ever created. White Russian ice cream from The Ice Cream Bar. As soon as I tasted this ice cream I knew I wamted to do something fun with it for the blog and cooked up this fun take on a classic. Swapping out boring vanilla for this boozy version was kind of the greatest idea I’ve ever had.
