Back in January I shared a few of my favorite mules after finally getting on the mule train with these. I’ve been obsessed ever since. I’ve got a red pair, a pink pair and even a fringe pair. They’re just such an easy shoe to wear and throw on. To me, they’re instantly chic no matter what. I recently added these super fun black patent pointed toe ones from Marc Fisher to my closet. I saw them at The Blog Societies luncheon at the conference. They had their whole fall collection on display, but these, these were the ones I had to have. They’re also super comfortable which is always a plus.

A classic black mule with a little texture is exactly what your closet needs this season. I have to be honest, I’ve done just about every color but a black mule so far. I’ve got blush, red, grey and tan. But no black! These may need to make their way into my closet for an everyday favorite.

For a serious twist on a mule, this bootie mule is too cool! Love the western vibe and price point of this one. Sole Society always makes such a great on trend shoe at reasonable prices.

I’ve been living in this shoe all week. Wearing it with jeans, khakis and dresses. The heel is not too high and the beige color allows me to wear it with my entire closet basically.

4. Wood Heel Mule
A nod to mod, this wood heel is calling my name! I have these heels with a similar heel and I just love the way it looks. These will literally go with everything this season and for only $69, they’re such a steal.

5. BP Tabitha Embellished Mule
The fun shoe in today’s post. This embellished mule does come in black if you’re looking for a more toned down version, but personally, the red is so fun. If you need a super fun party shoe this season, this is it!

6. Steve Madden Stella Block Mule
Well Steve Madde is simply killing it this season with the mule. This block heel is a popular trend right now so grabbing these in a fall hue like this burgundy will have you on trend for the season. Plus, they’re on sale and under $70. If you want a more classic color, they also come in black and tan.
