I rarely shop at Anthropologie, but the other day I was feeling curious and decided to try out their rental clothing service. Have you ever heard of Nuuly? It’s basically Rent The Runway but for Anthro, Urban Outfitters and Free People. I should’ve known right there this wasn’t going to be a big success. I rarely shop at any of those stores. On occasion, I find a few things here and there. However, it’s not my go-to store. But I thought it might be a fun way to try out some new styles that I normally wouldn’t want to spend all my money on.
The handful of things I selected, I only liked 3 things. This coat, a sweater and this zig zag sequined skirt. The rest was kind of crappy. But I decided to bring this fun plaid coat to Columbia with me. It was so perfect for staying cozy and warm. I love the oversized fit and the colors are so fun together. It was easy to dress up jeans and a tee to make it feel more special?
In conclusion, I’m not sure I’d do Nuuly again. I think if you’re a BIG Anthropologie fan, go for it. For me, I’d rather get a Madewell rental box, you feel me?
