I’ve been on a bit of a makeup kick lately. If you follow along on Instagram you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about! I started to notice that my makeup wasn’t staying on my face at all and have been on a mission ever since to find a solution to it. Stay tuned for more on that as I share some of my favorite products as I begin to experiment.
But in the meantime, I’m becoming more obsessed with eye makeup. I’m finally starting to master a cat eye that I’m loving. It’s easy to swipe on and be done. Plus, this waterproof one stays on all day. Next I’m trying to experiment more with shadows. It’s something I’ve never been good at and want to learn more. I love the idea of these bronze hues for the eyes. They work for all over and even under your eye. They’re perfect for any skin tone too or eye color. They’re just universally flattering if you ask me. They seem easy enough to swipe on all over your lid and call it a day. I’m thinking this Lancôme set may be the perfect addition to my makeup bag. It covers all the shades you’d need. Plus, it goes with every lip color imaginable as you can see in these inspiration photos. From a bold red lip, nude to deep merlots, they work with everything.
