It’s been such a long time since I wore a maxi as it used to be one of my go to styles back when I worked at Alternative. We had such a casual office dress code (and since we made great maxi’s that sold at Nordstrom and Macy’s) it became such a favorite style to wear. Since I left, I haven’t really been wearing them as much and that has got to change! I found this bold red maxi on Free People with this fun strappy back and knew I had to have it. I’m a sucker for a good unique back detail and I just loved the little charms of the drawstring ties too. It was so fun to wear around and nice and lightweight all at the same time. I think the name of this dress says it all, endless summer. I wish summer wouldn’t end especially after being in Santorini and laying by the pool or on the black sand beach for hours on end. It was simply heavenly. I’d scoop this dress up though if I were you for next summer because it’s so fun and comfy and is just a little over $100. It comes in several great colors and currently loving this light blue version.
