Every winter I go on a hunt for sweaters. And when I find a good one I usually buy it in at least two colors. After years of hating my sweater collection, I’ve finally got a good variety of styles that I love. And this one from Madewell is my newest addition!

And during Madewell’s big sale, I ended up picking up a few great winter essentials. Sweaters and boots. The sale is still going on strong and ends today with up to 50% off.
The Best Sweaters From Madewell
The one sweater I snagged in not one but TWO colors, is this Charley pullover sweater. it’s got a big open knit to it which I really like. But it means you can kind of feel all the cool weather that flows right through it. Thus making this sweater great for layering. Just throw it over a thin long sleeve tee for extra warmth. I actually really like to have sweater options like this for when I need layers. I did a size medium in this sweater however the small fit just fine too. And I wanted a slightly more oversized fit and the medium was great for that.
With the big sale ending tonight at Madewell, I had to share some of my favorites right now. Below are some pieces I’m loving or already picked up. I personally updated my basic tees and grabbed these v-necks. I love that they don’t have a pocket. And I also grabbed these brown croc boots that I’m loving but also still getting used to. Definitely size up, they run a little small.
