I shared before how I’ve been wanting to change up my living room and add a more feminine touch to my home. I decided to finally tackle this project and am drawing inspiration from everywhere! From beautiful fabrics, florals and other homes (oh and food, duh!), I think I have finally found the perfect blush tone for my walls. Not too pink, not too salmon, but jut the right amount of pink to make a statement without feeling too too girly and childish.
I never thought I’d actually pick up a paint brush and do it, but I did! Thanks to Lowe’s exclusive new Sherwin Williams HGTV Home paint collection, I was able to pick out the perfect pink hue for my walls. I went with Mellow Coral which was a great combination of all the blush tones I was going for. I ended up switching up a few pillows to pull in the pinks and neutral tones and also am adding some more navy to the home as a great complimentary color. I may even be painting my bedroom wall a cool navy and adding lots of grey…more to come on that.
