Back in the day when I went into the office, I was a HUGE skirt person. Midi skirts, pencil skirts, mini skirts, I loved them all. The good thing about working at Alternative’s corporate offices, was that I could actually get away with a mini skirt if it was day time casual and not club hopping slutty. This little look would’ve been the perfect outfit for the office actually. Now that I work primarily from home, I struggle finding the opportunities to wear these cute pieces I used to love so much. I’m making a pledge today to start wearing more skirts, more often. Hopefully with the warmer weather this will also be a little easier to do. The skirt, tights, combo was also a favorite but this winter it NEVER happened. Ever.
I’m thinking I need to start visiting a coffee shop or two every so often to get myself out of the house a bit more and dressed up (oh and hey, maybe meet a man?). Wouldn’t that be nice. So hold me to it friends, I’m vowing to wear more fun skirts and get my ass out of the house to have human interaction.
