I don’t think one could possibly get more basic than today’s look. Blanket scar? Check. Chunky sweater? Check. Booties? Check. Pretty latte? Yup! So here I am, all basic, so deal with it. Also, I think this is the first time I’ve worn my glasses on the blog. I actually wear them all the time when I’m at home on my computer, but other than that, most people never see me in them.
I recently finished reading Girl On The Train. While walking off the plan a couple of weeks, I finished it because I literally could not put it down. I was also only 4 pages away from being finished. It was SO so good and made me realize I have got to get into reading more. I loved this book, and also read Gone Girl last year and was obsessed with it. I definitely think I’m into these crazy suspense love stories. Next book on my to read list is Amy Schumar’s Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo. I told myself I couldn’t read that book until I finished Girl On The Train. If you have any other good book suggestions, please let me know! I have a BIG trip coming up in January and will definitely be needing some books to keep me busy.
PS what are your Thanksgiving Day plans? I’ll be heading to my parents’ house to relax, eat and spend time with family. I’m excited to (hopefully) unplug a bit. With this being the busiest week for online shopping, I’ll still be sharing some of my favorite buys on social media. But other than that, plan to try to step away from the computer and relax a bit. Plus, tomorrow, check back for the perfect lazy weekend cocktail you’ll want to curl up with. It’s so simple and delicious, you’ll love it!
