When Starbucks asked me how I unwind with coffee, I didn’t hesitate to whip up an easy dessert. A granita is a super simple recipe that you can easily make with leftover coffee. Just add a little sugar to sweeten to your liking and pop it in the freezer. The only technique here is scraping the ice crystals every 30 minutes for at least 3 hours. For this one, I used my Starbucks® Cinnamon Dolce K-Cup® Packs to add some extra flavor without any effort on my part. This flavor may be my new morning go to with a touch of cream and sugar.
I enjoyed my coffee granita on the couch with Pork while catching up on the DVR on Sunday. It was a great way to end the weekend and also gave me enough caffeine to stay up a little later thanks to the time change.
