I picked up this button up corduroy skirt during Nordstrom’s big Anniversary Sale this summer. I thought I’d for sure wear it sooner rather than later. But clearly, I don’t wear enough mini skirts! A few weekends ago I attended the Garden & Gun brunch at The Southern Gentleman and wore this exact look. Atlanta was having one of those hot AF days even though it was almost November, so this combo was ideal for not sweating non stop.
I can’t believe today is already the Monday before Thanksgiving. Over the weekend we did our annual ravioli making with the family. You can see the recipe here. It’s a busy day of rolling out dough, stuffing them with good stuff and then letting them all dry out on the counter before popping them into the freezer. It’s a family tradition and although it’s a ton of work, it’s super fun. Plus the reward of eating them come Christmas is totally worth it.
