So glad it’s Friday friends, aren’t you excited? This weekend is going to be SO fun. I’ve got a #TBSMeetUp for the holidays, brunch with a bunch of bloggers at LIPS, a drag brunch show and then Friendsgiving with a fun group of my closest friends. To say it’ll be a fun weekend is probably an understatement. Now onto today’s outfit!
I’ve been neglecting a lot of things in my closet lately and it has made me realize two things. One, I have too much shit and it’s time to purge. And two, I love a good leather (or even faux) jacket. I picked up this faux leather cupcakes and cashmere jacket months ago. I mean MONTHS. And have yet to wear it on the blog. I’ve worn it out about twice, but since my collection of leather jackets is quickly growing, this one has for some reason, been neglected.
You may remember my burgundy cupcakes and cashmere jacket seen here. Or if this is your first time ever to my blog, I LIVE IN THIS ONE! I also have been revisiting this old favorite too. Told you the leather jacket collection was growing! While coming up with an easy outfit for errands, I grabbed my grey faux leather jacket and paired it with these perfectly matching grey Madewell Lou Loafers. I was so excited to add a new loafer to my closet but let me tell you, breaking them in was a real bitch. So just fair warning to wear a bandaid or two the first few times you wear them. Once they’re broken in though, they’re insanely comfortable.
PS these loafers are also one of my FAVORITES right now.
