Our first day in Charleston was probably one of my absolute favorites. We took out these adorable bikes from Zero George and rode down to Normandy Coffee to get a little work done. The weather was pretty much perfect as in 75 degrees and sunny. After that, we grabbed lunch at the newest restaurant in town, PawPaw. We tend to stick to the same restaurants in Charleston since there are so many that we love it’s hard to not revisit them again. I’m glad we stepped outside our routine because this place was delicious. I had the lobster and crab sandwich and definitely regret not ordering the frosé.
After lunch I headed to my Trunk Club appointment which was a bit of a ride on my bike but totally worth it. I made it back to our hotel just in time before it started to rain. After a quick nap and waiting out the rain, we walked to 167 RAW. Probably our favorite restaurant in Charleston if I had to pick one. While sipping rosé and devouring the best lobster roll ever, the skies opened up and we were forced to have just a few more glasses of wine. No complaints! Once it stopped, we headed back to the hotel and it was straight to bed before 10pm. See? The perfect day.
