As you know, I’m all about comfortable and casual pieces that look great. A brand that seems to do that so well time and time again is Everlane. One of my first items from this San Francisco brand was my backpack. This beloved backpack has been with me all over the globe. I wear it so often that it was part of this blog post several years ago. And PS, it continues to be popular as can be. This backpack is still one of my most popular products I’ve ever posted to the blog. So it made perfect sense to finally feature Everlane as my Line To Love!
The thing I love most about Everlane is their transparency. They are all about transparency with not only their factories that they use but also their pricing. Which means their soft as can be cashmere is affordable. And these blush loafers that would normally retail for hundreds of dollars are half what they would be at a department store. Most importantly though, I love that you can feel good about buying from a brand that believes in working with ethical factories as well. You also won’t find this brand at any department store. Why? Because that’s just another way that they keep their prices down. By cutting out the middle man and selling direct to consumer, they can pass along the savings to us. And that is just why I love to shop here.
Here are a few of my favorite Everlane pieces that have stood the test of time in my closet.
The Best Everlane Pieces To Invest In
1. Silk Blouse
This was actually the first thing I got from Everlane way back in the day. The silk blouse is an absolute must for your closet. Dress it up for work with a pencil skirt, or dress it down as I did here with jeans and classic Reebok’s. The silk blouse also comes in a short sleeve version, v-neck and even a classic shell for the office.

2. Classic Trench
A classic trench is yet another closet staple everyone should own. It’s the perfect jacket for spring and fall. I love that this trench is water resistant and also stylish. Plus, it comes in navy, how do I not own this color yet?!

3. The Modern Penny Loafer
These are probably the reason why I’m into loafers. And they’re the ONE loafers in my closet that don’t hurt my feet after a day of wearing them. I’m usually a size 8 or 8.5, but in these, I do a 9. They run a tad small and narrow so size up if you’re in between sizes or have a remotely wider foot. These are so great to style for just about every season. Loafers go with so much and the blush suede is a year-round favorite.

4. The Modern Snap Backpack
Hands down the best backpack I’ve ever used. It doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles but that’s totally fine. It’s a great size, has side pockets for my water bottle, a section for my laptop and an easy access pocket in the front. It’s modern, clean and simple. I love it! There’s a reason why it made my list for must-have bags for travel!

5. Cotton Tees
My closet is full of great comfortable, 100% cotton crews or v-necks. They go with everything, comfortable, breathable and easy to wash. Plus at only $18, you can experiment with new colors without breaking the bank.
$18 Cotton Crew
6. Affordable Cashmere
I’m always hesitant when it comes to sweaters especially cashmere. I’m SUPER hot blooded and always think sweaters are itchy. It’s rare to find a brand that feels good and is also flattering. Why are sweaters always so boxy and weird? I love this waffle square crew as featured above, and also this $100 crew that’s nice and fitted which is great for tucking into pencil skirts and trousers for the office.
