Come fall, I tend to lean into my jeans the most for outfits. And well now, joggers too. But it feels so nice to throw on a little fall dress and style it in different ways for the season. I’m on the hunt for more fall and winter dresses as it’s something I just don’t own enough of. And I feel like I say that year after year. But luckily I just added this pretty winter floral mini to my closet and there are so many ways to style it.
For sizing reference in Abercrombie & Fitch, I typically take a medium in dresses, especially if they’re fitted. But sometimes a small, just depends. In this dress, I took a medium for its more fitted shape and not a lot of stretch. You can learn more about their sizing in this post.

For Casual Dinner With Friends Or Holiday Gatherings
This is probably the outfit I’d wear if I had to go to dinner with friends or an event. Chelsea boots paired with a floral dress and wool overcoat is a simple and put-together look for fall. It’s also a great way to wear a dress in the fall when the weather is a little warmer than usual. The coat adds warmth with those bare legs if you need it! You can also swap the booties for knee high boots too which would be perfect for fall or winter.
For Cocktail Hour Or A Holiday Party
When I think of cocktail hour or a holiday party come fall and winter, I always gravitate towards dresses with tights. I think it’s such a classic look that never goes out of style. Paired with edgy pieces like these sexy black booties and leather jacket makes it feel great for a night out on the town with friends or to party the night away for a holiday soiree. PS, if you need extra warmth in the winter, I can’t recommend these fleece-lined tights enough. They’re game-changer.

For Everyday And Transitioning Into New Seasons
If you’re a casual everyday kind of gal like myself, this look is for you. Comfortable sneakers and a boyfriend blazer pulls an outfit together making it casual but stylish. I love a structured jacket paired with a dress especially a blazer. It makes it feel tomboy chic. This look would be perfect for transitioning your winter dresses and blazer from summer to fall, or from winter to spring. It’s a simple combination that never fails! You can also swap the sneaker for a flat Chelsea boot, a loafer or pump to dress it all up every which way.
