As someone who often only wears jeans and a tee, or in the summer shorts and a tee, finding fun tops is always something I’m on the hunt for. Personally, I’m not big on button downs. I have a few that I wear from time to time, but they’re not my favorite. My go to is always basic tees. So much so that I did an entire roundup and review of my favorite everyday white tees. But something I often find myself searching for are great tops. Fun tops that don’t break the bank. And ones that pair with all my denim. I’m totally set in the bottoms department. I love my denim collection from shorts to skinny, wide leg and even skirts. It’s something you invest in one or two times a year and don’t even think about again. At least for me it is! So it’s tops and dresses I find myself always on the hunt for.
While browsing Nordstrom I saw this fun Free People top. It was initially on sale for under $50 (it’s now back up to full price sadly) so I snagged it. I was torn between this neutral version with pops of copper or the purple and pink one. But since I’m all about being “on brand” the neutral seemed more me. I mean it is technically one of my brand colors. Free People is often a great place to find just that, unique and fun tops. I’m rounding up a few favorites below. I think this one is on my radar right now the most!
