While in NYC I had lunch with the fab PR girl behind French Connection. She was spunky, funny and down to earth, had such a good time. After chowing down at ABC Cocina (so so good) she encouraged me to head to Soho to check out their new arrivals. I really didn’t plan on doing much shopping while in NYC since I had so much to do, but when she said the new arrivals were INSANELY good, I said fine. Don’t have to tell me twice! So I hailed a cab and off to Soho I went.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with tons of beautiful fall pieces. Great layers, great colors, I wanted it all. I did pick up this little olive dress I wore last week, and also this leather skirt I’m wearing today. Sure leather skirts aren’t ideal for Summer, but I figured since it’s a nice blush/cream color it would be totally fine to rock on a cooler evening. Which we’re FINALLY having here in Atlanta. I mean, I’ve even been wearing a sweatshirt in the morning to walk Pork. A sweatshirt! Can’t wait to wear this in the fall and winter with a cream sweater and matching shoes for a monochromatic look.
