I love trying new makeup. There’s also nothing more satisfying than opening a new product. Taking it out of its packaging, opening the product and seeing how beautiful it is. And when I first got a few things from Haus Labs I was actually most enticed by the packaging alone. But turns out, the product is just as good!
HAUS LABS Review
If you haven’t heard of Haus Labs, don’t worry. I feel like it’s so new as it was only launched a couple of years ago. In September of 2019, Lady Gaga launched this cruelty free and vegan makeup line. From beautiful foundations, setting powders, blushes, lipsticks and more, this entire collection is created with clean ingredients that perform. Here’s my HAUS LABS review and favorite products I’ve tried so far.
My Favorite HAUS LABS Products
Triclone Skin Tech Medium Coverage Foundation
With 51 shades to choose from, you are bound to find your perfect shade in this buildable medium-coverage foundation. The foundation is HausTech Powered which means it has over 20 skincare ingredients including their patent-pending fermented arnica.
Bio-Blurring Loose Setting Powder
Set your foundation and makeup with the Bio-Blurring Loose Setting Powder. The formula is talc-free and also includes the HausTech Powered ingredients like fermented arnica and plant squalane. There are 5 shades to choose from including a translucent option.
One of the things I absolutely love about this product is the packaging. Instead of your typical loose powder container where the powder starts to accumulate, it has a mesh lining over the powder and all you do is tap your brush and the perfect amount of powder ends up on the brush. It’s absolutely genius.
HAUS LABS Power Sculpt Velvet Bronzer
Let me tell you about how great this bronzer is. Holy cow. It is pigmented so a little goes a long way in my opinion. But I love the warmth it brings to my skin. It also blurs the skin a bit. This product is also talc-free, vegan and rich in omegas like rapeseed oil and plant squalane.
There are also 12 shades to choose from so you can get the perfect glow to your skin.
Le Monster Lip Crayon
A creamy lipstick that has longwear color and moisturizes your ilps for up to 12 hours. There are 17 shades to choose from. I love the Peach Matte for a little subtle color, but may need to try something brighter and more fun like Cerise Matte which is a cool red pink.
Gaga’s go to shade is Rose Matte which is a warm pink-brown. With mango seed oil and vitamin e along with hyaluronic and ceramides, this is a super hydrating lipstick that won’t leave your lips feeling dry. It’s also fragrance free.
Color Fuse Blush
This was one of the first products I tried and it is still a favorite. The blushes are really pigmented with a smooth formula that melts into your skin.
With ingredients like vitamin C and E along with hydraberry which can help deliver long range skin hydration and reinforce the skin barrier, you can feel really good about using these products on your skin.
The Color Fuse Blush comes in 6 colors and Hibiscus Haze is my personal favorite and is also Gaga’s go-to shade.
