When my grandmother saw this plaid skirt outfit on me from a few weeks ago, she told me I had to wear a duster over this skirt next. Boy was she right. Never fails that Grandma was right. This plaid skirt outfit now may be my favorite way I’ve styled it so far with a duster. I know I’m a sucker for a duster lately, but maybe this is my signature look and I should just embrace the growing collection in my closet. The great thing about these little dusters or even just a vest, is that you can throw them over anything for a third piece to complete a look. Skirt and tee? Done. Jeans and tee? Done. Dresses? DONE! See, so simple. Go get yourself one or two in neutral colors and start embracing my favorite article of clothing.
