Remember when silver jewelry in middle and high school was everything? I remember getting a Tiffany heart chain bracelet at my Bat Mitzvah and thought it was just the greatest thing ever. For the years to come, I wore silver non stop.

Then I switched back to gold and I probably will never go back to silver jewelry again. I know never say never, but I think jewelry is so personal and once you curate your personal pieces, they just stay forever.

But when it comes to silver shoes, bags and other fun fashion accessories, I am 100% in. Like, all in. And I’m just as shocked as you are about it.

When in doubt, wear your silver with neutrals. Today’s outfit is the perfect example of how to wear the silver trend with neutrals. Pair it with denim (which to me will always be a neutral when it comes to outfits) and a simple white top.

You can also wear with cream, or wear it with all black. It’s simple, easy and you can’t go wrong.

While I am team black top with jeans and a silver shoe or bag, I am a bit weary when it comes to a head to toe black outfit with a pop of silver. It definitely gives off a vibe or holiday party, or a clubbing outfit.
