There are some things in my routine that I just swear by and many of them are in today’s favorite things roundup. From the best top coat I’ve ever found, to good toiletry bags and a hard candy I am addicted to. These are my favorite Amazon things I’ve purchased lately.

Dazzle Dry Base And Top Coat
As someone who paints their nails weekly at home, a good top coat that actually works is crucial to my sanity. This system has been life changing. It truly dries completely in 5 minutes. And not just to the touch, but as in, you can go to the gym, run errands, get dressed, and your nails will be fine). I sometimes use my own base coat because I think this system has made my nails a bit weak, but the top coat is my go-to every single time.
Travel Zipper Pouches
While I have so many various travel toiletry bags, they’re all mismatched, and many are too large. I kind of like the idea of several smaller ones to stay organized, and also allow you to play suitcase Tetris a little more easily. My friend influenced me to buy these when she got them just to organize her purse and diaper bag. I instantly purchased. Things feel super organized and streamlined now when I travel.
Flat Outlet Extender
Recently, I purchased a new dresser and the outlet behind it bumped right into it. It meant I had to have the dresser be pulled out several inches, and made it really hard to access it. This flat outlet extender is genius. You replace the outlet with it, and it’s perfectly flat great for behind couches and furniture. And then the extender comes out so you can easily plug things in without having to get behind the furniture.
Kopiko Coffee Candy
My friend had a bowl of these candies in their house the other day, and I instantly took a few. I’m a sucker for a hard candy. And these were insanely delicious. They taste like a perfect cup of coffee with some sweetness to it.
Travel Mahjong Set
It was only a matter of time before I invested in a travel Mahjong set. Some go for hundreds of dollars. But this one was under $50 and still had the classic symbols (which I prefer). I didn’t love the plastic racks it came with, you could get these wooden ones instead.
Carbon Monoxide Detector
I’ve been meaning to get one of these for my NYC apartment since there’s a gas stove. A carbon monoxide detector is a must have and I feel so much better about having this plugged in for my safety.
Cozy Friends Coloring Book
I was trying to get more into coloring since my mom mailed me a Taylor Swift coloring book to me and my old colored pencils from elementary school. I bought this one that seemed fun with the bigger sections to color. It’s a great activity to do when you want to be off your phone.
Foldable Stool
After rearranging my closet, I realized I needed a tiny stool to access the things on the very top shelf. This was a perfect addition to my closet to make it really easy to fold, and unfold, and store it without taking up much space.
