I’m not sure what my deal is, but I keep feeling this extreme need for very specific clogs. Last year it was these Veronica Beard wedge clogs I had to have. And honestly, haven’t worn them nearly enough mostly because they’re a pretty high heel.
They’re comfortable, but, not something I’d just throw on. Insert these Loeffler Randall clogs that are a nice low heel that you can slip on with jeans and go. I’ve been eyeing them since last fall and decided to finally grab them.
Loeffler Randall Clogs
I don’t know what it is about a clog, but it has this effortless cool girl, boho vibe to it. And I think that’s why I’m so drawn to them. I love them on everyone else and clearly keep buying them. But I’m going to be honest, I struggle with loving them on me. I love them though.
It’s this weird mixed emotion I feel when I wear them. So I’m trying to force myself to style leather clogs more for fall. And I think this is exactly how I plan to style these for fall and winter. Paired with my slightly wider leg denim and a cozy sweater. I’ll also do this with a graphic tee and maybe a cropped jacket.
The Loeffler Randall clogs seem to be EVERYWHERE. I feel like they’re dominating the clog world. These Loeffler Randall Polina braided clogs are really the perfect casual shoe to throw on. They also come in a slightly higher heel in the Loeffler Randall Merrill braided heel clog.
The ones I’m wearing are the honey color and are from last year. They are currently on sale here. And if this color isn’t for you, they also come in black leather, cognac and a woven espresso that’s pretty cool! Great texture for fall.
Loeffler Randall Clog Size Review
For sizing, I went to my larger shoe size. I found that the shoe was a tad snug when you slipped your foot in. My heel was right at the edge and almost hanging off in the 8. So I went with my larger shoe size, 8 and a half.
These fit perfectly and I really don’t feel like I’m walking funny in them either. Clogs have a tendency to do that. I would say if you have a narrow foot, you’re probably good in your usual size. Medium to wider feet, definitely go up half a size.
