When I find something I like I usually can’t shut up about it. It becomes “my favorite” and I will talk about it non-stop. And these Lou & Grey Signature Softblend sweatpants are my favorite. And for so many reasons.
These Lou & Grey sweatpants also have a matching sweatshirt that you can purchase separately. I recommend just grabbing it because it completes the look. But also makes it great as separates. I’ve worn them together for a monochromatic look and even have thrown a jacket on top for a real outfit. But also swapped the sweatshirt with a boxy tee for a completely different look. Pair with a striped sweater for fall and you’ve got more looks with sweatpants. Can’t go wrong here.
Lou & Grey Signature Softblend Sweatpants Review + Sizing
For sizing reference, I am typically a 2 or 4 in LOFT and took a small in these. Along with the top. I own the navy set and also bought the wetland green which is like a muddy olive color. This fabric also comes in shorts and they’re great for spring and summer. They truly replace jeans in so many ways! But if this didn’t already convince you, here are 3 more reasons why you need these.
3 Reasons To Buy The Lou & Grey Signature Softblend Sweatpants
They’re Insanely Soft
These are hands down the softest pants in my life right now. Softer than any other sweatpant or legging I own. They’re just so damn cozy! The weight of the pants is also key here. They’re not too heavy and hot that I die in them (I’m hot-blooded!). This fabric is definitely not for summer unless maybe you’re staying inside. But the pullover can be a good light layer. I mostly wear these as soon as it dips below 75.
A Perfect Fit
These sit a bit higher on my natural waist making them super flattering and comfortable. Just like my favorite hi-rise jeans. But I love that the fit of them is like a great slim pant. I could totally fool someone into wearing these to the office with a blazer and a heel. Totally possible.
They Don’t Sag
There’s nothing I hate more than wearing leggings or sweatpants for a few hours and things just got saggy. Either in the knees or the butt, you know exactly what I’m talking about. It’s just not cute and makes you look and feel sloppy. I think that’s why I love these so much is that they hold up all day (and even all night) long. And that makes me feel less like a slug on the couch and more like someone who is wearing sweatpants in a cool ass way.
