You ever buy something and you’re not too sure if you love it or hate it? And it sometimes takes someone else saying “oh my gosh that’s so cute” for you to realize it? That’s what happened with this dress. I was super unsure about it. The cut I clearly love because I own it in this white windowpane that I’ve worn here. But I’m usually very anti paisley, and this dress is legit poop brown. But something about all the brown and then hearing Hannah say “I’m loving this whole look” I was like, you know what, YES.
I ended up living in this dress the day I wore it too. It was my outfit for brunch with girlfriends at Mission + Market. A new favorite spot that has incredible food just around the corner from me. Usually, when I get home from brunch I put back on the pajamas until I have to go out again. Not in this dress! It was so comfy I laid around all day taking in my Sunday in this cute dress. Then I headed to a new Indian restaurant to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I wasn’t sold on the restaurant and still looking for a good Indian place in the city. If you have any recommendations let me know.
So the lesson here is to wear shit you love and that makes you feel good. That’s the only way to live, friends.
