Well you guys, it’s Monday. And for me, that means the 5th Annual Blog Societies Conference is officially over. Another one in the books! I still can’t believe it already came and went that fast. It always goes by in a flash. But now that means it’s time to plan next years. No seriously. We usually write up a list of ideas the night its all over while it’s fresh. But actually, this year we ended up writing that list before we even left. We had so many ideas on how to change things up for 2018 in a big big way. We still did our usual brainstorm afterwards but I think 2018 is going to be a whole new ballgame and I couldn’t be more excited.
So today it’s back to reality. It’s back to doing laundry, walking Pork and hitting up the grocery store. As in, there’s nothing in my fridge, there’s two giant suitcases in my entryway that need to be unpacked, and boxes upon boxes that need to be opened. I spent most of yesterday in bed catching up on sleep and TV (had to watch the latest episode of Catfish, y’all). Today’s a busy one to say the least.
PS you may remember this skirt from this post. I knew I’d get a ton of use out of it. I also realized over the weekend in Chicago that I’ve still yet to visit the Windy City as a tourist and do all the things. So I’m contemplating making a visit out there soon before the weather gets cold again.
