Madewell Striped Shirt Dress • Lace Up Sandals • Hat • Zac Zac Posen Bag
One of my all time favorite home decor bloggers is Emily Henderson. I bought her book, read it cover to cover, and stalk her daily on Instastories. So when I saw her wearing this dress, I knew instantly it had to be from Madewell. I just knew it, I’m that good. More like, I’m just that obsessed with Madewell that it’s kind of sad. I snagged it and so glad I did because it sold out fast! But I have to say, it’s pretty pathetic that I knew exactly where it came from. I think that’s a strong sign that my obsession is getting a little out of hand.
She paired hers with booties and a more fall-ish hat. So I think I’ll be totally repeating that in the coming months. Until then though, it’s still too hot to think about fall so it’s sandals and straw hats all the way.
PS today is the big day! It’s the kick off to the 5th Annual Blog Societies Conference. Cathy and I landed in Chicago yesterday to check in on things and get settled before the big day. Tonight we celebrate and kick things off with Vera Bradley at Sugar Factory. I can’t wait to see some of my old friends and meet some new members too!
