I can’t get enough of Reformation these days. Their latest arrivals the last few months have been so so good. Plus, they just opened an Atlanta location and I can not be more excited about finally getting to shop in store. I’m old school in that way. I prefer browsing merchandised racks of clothes and trying things on over ordering online and opening up boxes. It’s so much more enjoyable to me. While the store doesn’t have the entire collection, it’s got a good amount of pieces to shop including shoes.
My Favorite Reformation Dresses For Summer
The latest dresses at Reformation have been so good. From pretty matching sets, to their more classic quintessential styles to this keyhole midi dress and more. Their dress selection right now is simply stunning. So many beautiful new prints and silhouettes. I can’t choose just one so today is all about my favorite Reformation dresses for summer.
And a reminder on sizing. You can read this big post on Reformation dress sizing. In today’s dress, I took a 6 and it fits perfectly. I’m always either a 4 or 6, or a small or medium. It all depends on the silhouette and fabrics. Again, learn more in this post with lots of sizing tips.
Everyday Casual Reformation Dresses
I rarely think to wear my Reformation dresses for every day besides the Reformation Jeans collection, but that is changing. So many new pieces are more casual and laid back. In my own closet, I have and love the Rou dress which I have in black and navy. A classic. But there are now many knit dresses to choose from and they’re definitely on the least expensive side for Reformation.
Silky Reformation Dresses
At the store opening at Reformation, I picked up this brown silk midi dress. There are several brand new silky dresses to choose from and they all are just so flattering. I find slip dresses can be a challenge (I talk about that here) but Reformation always cuts a dress beautifully for a woman’s body. These silky dresses can be dressed up or down easily. I know I’ll be styling this brown one with nude heels for a night out. But would also be so cute with sandals and an oversized denim jacket. Or a leather jacket and black heels for fall. Slip dresses are truly super versatile.
Linen Dresses For Summer
Linen is a must-have fabric in my dresses for summer. It’s lightweight and breathable. Perfect for those hot and humid summer days. And even better if you have a summer event to attend. It’s hard to find nice dresses for events that are made in linen. But Reformation has lots. I’m loving this Belgium dress in navy (or any color really) which I almost kept if I had more things to go to this summer. There are also a few really cute matching sets in linen (I bought this one in navy) and love that you can mix and match it all.
Today’s Look
This dress I just had to have. There was something about it that I knew I’d love once I slipped it on. It comes in a few other colors, but the black is just so pretty and simple. Would be great for a summer wedding, but it’s also casual enough to just wear out for the weekend. Pop a denim jacket over it and you’re good to go for chilly nights. I styled it with my favorite Castaner espadrilles and a little black rattan bag.
