I’m developing a neon obsession. First it started with finding the greatest neon nail polish from Ginger + Liz. Then this neon yellow River Island blazer and now this neon lace tank. I thought about wearing a tank under this to be more conservative, then realized, HA I’m not conservative. Sure you won’t see me with a bare stomach, but this was too good not to do with a black bra and be a little more risqué.
