Although my office is beyond casual, as in, if I wore sweatpants no one would notice, I still like to dress up and feel a little fancy sometimes. Insert this fancy skirt. I love a great pencil skirt but even more so love one that’s in one of my favorite colors this season and in a lace cut out to boot. Kind of perfect.  I’ll be getting some more use out of this skirt by swapping out the top with a chambray shirt or even just a basic white tee to make it a little more casual for my 9-5.

    love the idea of pairing with a chambray too! i have an old j.crew lace skirt in navy i might have to dig out of the closet, although i’ll be needing those shoes.

    My office is the same way. I wore a sweatshirt the other day and no one said a thing. But I still love to dress up! That skirt is perfection.
