On our very last day at Montage Palmetto Bluff, Josh of The Kentucky Gent and I went for a little spin around the neighborhood. We grabbed the hotel bikes and headed straight to RT’s Market. An old gas station that was converted to a beautifully curate little market. They had fresh baked good, be sure to get the oatmeal cookie, and cold brew on tap. Plus, I even picked up a little dog toy for Pork. Can’t come home empty handed now can I?
This market is just a quick 2-minute bike ride from the hotel. It is a great place to stop for a little pick me up. With locally sourced products, fresh homemade bites and more, it’s a must visit if you’re in the area.
There’s also usually a dog or two hanging out outside which makes it that much better of course!
All around Montage Palmetto Bluff are stunning homes. Big and small, charming and quaint, they’re just the prettiest. This one we stopped in front of was one of my favorites. I’d like to move in, please! Also, you can then take the bridge across the little river to see even more homes and visit the River House area as well. And on the way there, you’ll see even more beautiful homes. It was fun to be there the week of the 4th of July as every house was adorned with American flags and it made them that much more charming.
