Prettiest Little Dress

If someone told me I’d be wearing (and loving) a Lilly Pulitzer dress I’d say you were out of your mind.  As a Northerner, Lilly Pulitzer is the last brand on my radar. But when Lilly invited me in to check out their newest spring arrivals a few weeks ago, I, of course, said yes! I had to see what this brand was all about.  I thought I’d walk into a room full of pink and green and boy was I wrong. The first collection I walked into was their Charleston collection. Which is inspired by one of my favorite Southern cities. Everything was white, chic, gold and absolutely gorgeous. I knew I had the wrong preconceived notion about this brand. And I’m so glad I went in to do my research and get to know this brand a little more.

I instantly fell in love with the latest arrivals and especially this Charlton Sheath Dress. The neckline is stunning, the shape, gorgeous and the hints of teal blue were perfection. I picked up a few more things too! I knew this brand was definitely one I misunderstood.  As a young woman looking for great classic pieces to fill my wardrobe with, this is going to be a great store to do just that.
