I know I know, pineapples are trending right now and you think I only love pineapple because it’s cool. Wrong, it’s my favorite fruit. When Pinnacle asked me to pick up one of their new flavors I of course grabbed pineapple, partly because there’s a new pineapple emoji, but mostly because it’s a favorite flavor. For a fun cocktail, I went with something super simple and refreshing, pineapple and sage. The earthly flavor of the sage combined with the sweetness of the pineapple is a flavor profile I’m kind of loving. The recipe is super simple and you’ll be feeling like you’re on a tropical vacation in no time!

Pineapple and Sage Refresher
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Pinnacle Pineapple
- 1 oz of pineapple juice
- 1 oz of orange juice
- 2-3 sage leaves torn
- 2-3 pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Add pineapple to shaker and muddle
- Add rest of ingredients and shake
- Pour over ice and serve with a pineapple wedge.
