It’s no secret midi dresses are a personal favorite over here. This striped midi is insanely comfortable and I just had to show you a few ways to style it. I love it when pieces can easily be dressed up or down. It makes me feel better about a purchase especially since my closet is super tiny. I have to maximize my outfits whenever possible. And a striped midi dress is clearly a piece I can get a few looks out of easily.
Striped Midi Dress Styled Two Ways For End Of Summer
This is a popular post that shares a few ways to style a midi dress for fall. For the first outfit, just adding some cognac leather t-strap heels is all it needs to dress it up. I’d wear this out for dinner or cocktails, but it can also be worn into the office. If you can’t show off your shoulders (but honestly, where is that even a thing anymore) just add a blazer.

To recreate this look, start with a simple striped midi dress. I like a more fitted style for this look. Below are some of my favorites. And right now this LOFT dress is on major sale!
My Casual Go-To
And for a casual way to style this midi dress for the end of summer, this is what I feel best in. My classic denim jacket that’s an end of summer staple and platform Converse. Insert any fun sneaker you like though. Here is my list of the best platform sneakers perfect for recreating this look. You could also swap the white sneaker for a sandal too. A brown leather sandal would be great here but I like the look of a white sneaker. Either work for an end of summer outfit idea!
