The following terms and conditions are agreed to upon the purchase of the “product” at My Style Vita, LLC (MSV) and the “buyer” of the product.
By downloading and/or purchasing this product, you agree that you will use the products for personal use only. You are not permitted to duplicate, resell or repackage this product. You may not alter the design in any way to then resell the product physically or digitally.
File sharing is not permitted.
Due to the digital nature of this product, there are absolutely no refunds. All sales are final and there will be no price adjustments if there is another price available when you made your purchase.
While it is our goal to ensure accurate information in our products, we do not guarantee that the information is correct or can guarantee a specific outcome. We do not warrant or represent that the use of the product will lead to any particular outcome or result.
Under no circumstances shall My Style Vita, LLC be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damages.
Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless My Style Vita, LLC and its founders, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, suits, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of, or relating to, any act or failure to act by “buyer” or pursuant to this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any controversy or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement will be settled in accordance with the express terms of this Agreement by a court located in the State of Georgia.
