When I saw this white skirt in Trina Turk earlier this summer, I had to have it. I also fell in love with a few other things like this jumpsuit you may remember from Palm Springs. Trina just has a way with color and resort that comes together in such an effortless way. Whenever I pop into their store I feel like I need to book a beach vacation right away.
The fringe on this skirt is made out of the same material as your classic Hawaiin grass skirt. It makes me instantly feel like I should be on a tropical island. So when trying to style this unique piece, I knew I had to pair it with more island inspired pieces like a bold silky pink tank and this fun cosmetic pouch that makes for the perfect little clutch. It’s adorned with tassels and shells and was too fun to leave in the closet to only be used for makeup.
