I’m definitely not one to gravitate towards floral prints. Sure they’re pretty, but they just aren’t something I can’t live without. While browsing at my last Trina Turk event, I saw this top that just screamed me. I mean, black and white? Peplum? Gotta have it. I may be a tad obsessed with this combination as last seen here, but it’s clearly something that works for me.
I also think a lot of people just instantly assume that all Trina Turk pieces are super bold and colorful. Which is usually the case, but some of my most favorite pieces from Trina Turk are actually black and white like this little dress I wore to the ACM awards. A classic combination that never goes out of style. Plus, their basics are always a bit more fashion forward and unique, yet still come in great colors that aren’t super bold. I will say though, it’s nice to add some bright bold prints to your closet especially for summer. But for now, I’m going to just live in this black and white printed top for a while.
