With spring on the horizon, one of the things I’m finding myself shopping for are jumpsuits. Which to me is a bit of a surprise. It’s not something I typically ever shopped for. I had a few fun floral ones back in the day like this one and this one. Those are a bit more feminine and am finding myself wanting more utility style ones.
The Comfiest Jumpsuit For Spring
While browsing Madewell’s latest spring arrivals, I fell in love with this navy utility cotton jumpsuit. I was a tad unsure about it when I first put it on. When I paired it with these new Madewell trainers though, I think I was sold. It just made the look feel so much cooler.
The thing that’s great about this navy jumpsuit is that, instead of it being a stiffer and canvas-like fabric, it’s actually cotton and oh so soft. To style this jumpsuit, I went with my new Madewell trainers that I am obsessing over. I wasn’t expecting to like them this much, but I’ve been throwing them on all the time with just jeans and a white tee. But they made this all navy look feel more fun and colorful.
For a light layer, you could easily add a denim jacket to this for cooler spring days or nights. This jumpsuit is definitely on the super casual side since it’s cotton. But for more structured jumpsuits like the below utility ones, you could definitely dress them up or down with heels, booties and more. I’m now on the hunt for a few more and might be adding one of the below to my closet soon.
