I remember driving up to shoot with Janelle one afternoon and literally jumped for joy when I saw this giant Cherry Blossom tree in full bloom at Shops Around Lenox. I knew we had them in Atlanta, but they’d been a topic of conversation lately and I wasn’t sure where to find one and when they’d actually bloom their famous pink flowers. I knew of course, that I wanted to shoot when they did in fact bloom since they’re stunning. We got so lucky that this one was so pretty and perfect for that day. It was literally the most beautiful spring day. 70 degrees, no breeze, sun shining. I wish every day can be like that. I of course had to be super lame-o and lay my ass down on the ground to get a fun shoe shot with the Cherry Blossoms. It was totally worth it. These Vince Camuto clogs are such a fun spring addition to my closet. I’ve been wearing them quite a bit lately since they’re super comfy. I love a good chunky, 70s inspired shoe, don’t you?
