After wearing these Madewell pants from a few weeks ago, it was no surprise that I’d pick up another pair of these wide, cropped pants. I’ve been wanting a new pair of white jeans for summer since I just keep wearing the same ones over and over. I love them, but damn it’s time to try to switch things up! I found these at Old Navy for next to nothing. I mean they basically just handed them over they were that cheap. Okay, not quite, but for under $25 for a pair of jeans? I’ll take it!
Also, say hello to my newest summer shoe. I’ve been on the hunt for a comfortable heel to wear with my beloved boyfriend jeans. Trust me when I tell you I tried on all my shoes with my boyfriend jeans and none looked decent that are comfy. So these have found a home in my closet and they’re surprisingly comfortable (and on sale!). Plus, they go with everything, so expect to see them a lot.

Now, let’s talk about styling these wide leg jeans, because honestly that’s the fun part. White wide leg jeans can feel a little intimidating at first. I get it. You don’t want to look like you’re trying too hard, but you also want the outfit to feel intentional. My go-to formula is pretty simple: keep the top fitted and tucked in. A simple ribbed tank or a slim-fit tee works perfectly. The wide leg silhouette already adds so much volume at the bottom, so balancing it out on top just makes everything look more put together.
For shoes, I’ve been loving a strappy sandal or a simple mule with this look. The cropped length really lets you show off your footwear, which is a major bonus. And since white goes with literally everything, you have so much freedom with color. I’ve been reaching for earthy tones lately, think terracotta, olive, and soft came, but a bold pop of color works just as well. Accessories-wise, I like to keep it minimal. A delicate gold necklace or a simple woven bag is all you really need. Less is definitely more when the jeans are already making a statement.
