Ingredients

of frozen berries (or use 1 acai packet)
3/4
cup
of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1/4
cup
of egg whites - if you don't like egg whites
just use a whole cup of almond milk

tbsp
flax seed
handful of spinach or any other green you like

frozen banana
Toppings
Sliced berries and bananas
Shredded coconut
KIND granola
Honey
Instructions
Mix all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
