Ingredients

  • Red Quinoa
  • Kalamata Olives - sliced
  • Watercress
  • Feta Cheese
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • Sliced Baby Tomatos
  • Sliced Red Onion
  • Option Add Ins: Shrimp Chicken, Roasted Potato,
  • For The Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Honey
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Garlic Powder To Taste
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Cook your quinoa according to the package. While this cooks, chop your veggies and make your dressing. Toss all your ingredients together and serve.
