Mini Donuts With Icing

Ingredients

For The Batter

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp canola oil

For The Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp of water add slowly until you get the consistency you like
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • sprinkles to garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Add just enough batter to each donut mold so that it's level and not overflowing.
  • Close and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Let cool then top with icing and sprinkles.
