Peach And Goat Cheese Tarts With Black Peppered Honey

  • 1 Sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 peaches, sliced thinly
  • 4-6 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam (any light colored jam will work)
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten


  • Thaw your dough and preheat the ovvn to 425. Pull goat cheese out of the fridge as well to get to room temp somewhat.
  • Slice peaches thinly
  • Make egg wash with egg and apricot jam
  • Cut dough into 6 sections (can always go bigger or larger if you want) and prick the dough with a fork.
  • Add your softened goat cheese and leave a small border. Layer with peaches on top. Brush your egg wash onto the entire tart
  • Place tarts on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Once baked, top with a drizzle of your honey and black pepper.
